Terms Of Service

1) Agreement and binding contract
You (the end user) at the time of registration or by accessing any data on the or sending any requests to the servers behind the domains (including but not limited to) "www.voxeus.com" and "www.Voxeus.com" agree to pay all fees inducted by the "Web Hosting Service" , and must also agree to follow these Terms of Service and other agreements on the websites "www.voxeus.com" and "www.Voxeus.com". If you do not agree with the Terms of Service, cancel your account at any time and do not access any content on or download any data or send any requests to the servers located at these web domains "www.voxeus.com" and "www.Voxeus.com" and you will no longer be bound to agree with the ToS until registering or accessing again.
2) Payment and refunds
Users may pay using a Credit Card or PayPal funds. A "month unit" is 30 days long. All refunds will have a $5 USD charge above and beyond any refunded amount.
Refunds will be allowed for the "unused" months if using PayPal. An "unused" month is counted as a month that hosting has not been used for any more than 7 days.
Voxeus is in no way affiliated with PayPal, Inc. or any of its employees thereof. All refunds are subject to PayPal and other fees.
3) Proper use
A hosting account will have a limit of how large a certain file can be. To prevent illegal files being placed on a site, each file can be no longer than 20 MegaBytes (20 million bytes) in size. All files over this size must first be reviewed by an administrator. Free hosting accounts can not have any files over 10 MegaBytes (10 million bytes). Paid Package hosting plans do not have a limit on their filesize.
Sites must follow any laws or guidelines of their own country, but must also abide by the laws of the US Supreme Court in San Jose. If these laws are in conflict with the site owner's local codes, the earlier must take preference. Sites found to not be following these codes and laws will be terminated without refund.
Sites must also comply to the terms of the Unacceptable Use Policy
4) Bandwidth limits
Bandwidth is sold (or given, in the case of free hosting packages) in certain amounts determined by the package type. To see how much bandwidth you have used per the month unit log into your cPanel account at any time.
In the case that you use all of your bandwidth for the month you can have your bandwidth extended for the remainder of the month at \$5.00 (This service is also available for the free hosting accounts).
If you do not want to pay the \$5.00 fee, your hosting account will be suspended for the remainder of the month. Voxeus cannot be held responsible for any loss of business or other damage to user site / database / data as a result of failure to pay for bandwidth extension.
5) Space / Resouce Limits
Server space is sold (or given, in the case of free hosting packages) in certain amounts determined by the package type. To determine how much space you are allowed and have used, please login to your cPanel account.
If you reach the maximum allowed space for your hostin plan, more can be purchased at \$1.00 for every 500 megabytes. During the time when you are maxed out, no new files can be uploaded, and mysql databases will be unable to increase in size.
You may not run any process that requires more than 8Mb of memory space, more than 30 CPU seconds, or use more than 5% of all available system resources at any time. Scripts that go over these limits will be halted immediately by system processes. Voxeus cannot be held responsible for damage to files or data as a result of this process. Any attempt to circumvent these protective barriers will result in permanent removal of the site from the servers.
6) Liability Release
Voxeus and all administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any data hosted by any of the accounts hosted, although much work will be put into finding illegal and offensive content, and deleting it upon sighting. Voxeus reserves the right to delete any data without consent of the account owner, and to change the ToS without notifying any of the users. It is your duty to stay up to date and follow the new ToS and rules of the site.
7) Account Usage
You may not host sites that are related to porn / warez and any anime sites MUST be reviewed by a member of staff (Email admin@voxeus.com to get a review). Please note failure to do so may end up with your account being terminated with NO refund.
8) Ad Code
Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating clicking tools, or other deceptive software.
9) Quality of Service and Support
Voxeus does not guarantee the quality of service, the speed, or the extent of any part of the service within reason. Voxeus will provide service and support and make repairs within a reasonable time if you contact support with the proper methods. These methods are on the support page of voxeus.com. While Voxeus does agree to provide hosting and we will do our best to provide you the best of service and support, please understand that some things are out of human control and acts of God are not included in our support.
